  • This form is required to be completed to enter your display items in the 19th NHMA National Rally and Steaming Under the Southern Cross and which will now be held at Kingsthorpe Park, the home of FarmFest.  Kingsthorpe Park is located on the Warrego Highway approximately 20km from the Toowoomba CBD, is closer to the township of Oakey and approximately 28km from the Jondaryan Woolshed.

    No personal information contained in this online form will be disclosed.

    All exhibitors and accompanying persons will receive complimentary entry to the event for the duration of their stay.

    Exhibitor accommodation bookings at Kingsthorpe Park and food packages are NOW OPEN via the online ticketing portal on www.susci.com.au.  Merchandise is now available to order via our website.  If you have already booked accommodation via the ticketing portal you will be contacted about transferring you camping to Kingsthorpe Park.

    On this form please ensure that those items marked with an asterisk * are answered before proceeding to the next field/page.

    You have the ability on this online form to enter up to a maximum of 10 display items.  If you wish to submit more than 10 items you will need to complete a second form.

    There is also a section for you to submit general notes, comments and feedback to the Event Organisers.  If you would like to submit photos of your display items you can upload photographs for each item up to a file size of 10MB.

    Upon completion of the online form you will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration form together with a PDF copy of your submission.  If you would like to print a copy of your registration form please select the print button on the final page before selecting the submit button.

    When you receive your confirmation email there will be a link in the email for you to return to your submision at any time and edit your registration form.

    As you are submitting your form after 30 June 2025 there is no guarantee that your entry will be included in the Official Program.

  • If you are interested in volunteering at the event please complete the details below.

    You will then be emailed a Volunteer Application Form to be completed and returned and will be contacted to discuss the volunteering opportunities at the event.


  • Exhibitor Arrival, Departure & Display Dates

  • Exhibitors can arrive at Kingsthorpe Park from Saturday 16 August 2025.  All exhibits must be in place by the afternoon of 22 August 2025.

    It is preferred that Exhibitors depart from 3pm on Monday 25 Aug 2025.  All Exhibitor displays must be vacated from Kingsthorpe Park by Sunday 7 September 2025.

    If you wish to arrive or depart outside the above dates please email exhibitors@susci.com.au with your preferred date.  We will contact you to confirm your preferred dates.

    Please select the total number of display items you wish to enter and a drop down list will then appear below.  There is a maximum of 10 display items that can be entered on this form.  If you wish to enter more than 10 items please submit another Exhibitor Registration Form.

    The details of your all your entries will be included in the Official Program.

    For each item there is the option to upload photos.  It would be appreciated if the file name of your photo included the name of your item.
