  • 🏁 Professional Conversation

    How to prepare for the final part of the Application Process: your Professional Conversation with a UCA Assessor.
  • The final part of the UCA Coach Training Provider Accreditation Process is to have a 20 minute Professional Conversation with a UCA Assessor.

    The purpose of the conversation is to give you the opportunity to:

    • Elaborate on any areas of your application that the Assessors feel need further clarification
    • Share how your participants are supported in their learning and development
    • Describe how your training programme encompassess competencies and ethics

    You will be asked to provide the following information:

    1. What support is given to your participants
    2. Describe a typical supervision session participant's experience
    3. Share how competencies and ethics are covered in your training programme
    4. How do you ensure that participants who complete your training programme are fit to practise?

    You will be contacted within 14 days of submission of your application to arrange your Professional Conversation. These take place during the second week of each month with a panel of Assessors who have been highly trained in assessing  UCA applications.
