AMPHITRITE is a company specialized in satellite data processing. By fusing multiple satellite observations, we calculate high-resolution surface currents much more accurately than standard ocean forecasts (see our white paper here). This new generation of ocean data allows ships to follow favorable currents and avoid counter-currents using fine-scale routing.
