By Signing below, the undersigned hereby acknowledges the Parking agreement between Crosby RV Park & Storages and the party listed below for parking equipment at 5503 Highway 90 Crosby, TX 77571.
The payment is due on the 1st of every month or the day you moved in. The first month's rent will be prorated based on the beginning date of the Parking Lease Agreement.
Crosby RV Park & Storages will not tolerate any onerous, noxious, or offensive activity that could interrupt and/or affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, in the judgment of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund.
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Customer shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless from and against any claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or inactions (or those of their family employees, agents, or guests), or any related customer's use or occupation of the RV site.
Terms: This document does not constitute a lease of any kind. This is an RV parking registration form.

We maintain a no-refund policy SUBJECT TO SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
THEFT OF SERVICE LAW ACCORDING TO THE TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION
31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for the site
services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is
subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service
hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the "Theft of Service Law". By your signature, you agree to allow SunRise Winnie RV Park and any of its agents to move, handle, and lock. Secure, store or take whatever measures
necessary with any of your property or vehicles including entering our own rented properties (RVs and Cabins). To take the previously mentioned action to prevent damage, and promote safety in the event of emergencies such as fire, storm, flood, water damage, looting, and the like,
or for delinquent payments until payment is made in full for all charges.
AFFIRMATION.
As a customer of Crosby RV Park & Storages,
I fully understand and accept these rules and
regulations. I also agree to vacate the premises at
the request of management if I violate these rules
and regulations, without a refund of any prepaid fees.
This agreement does not constitute a landlord/tenant
agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services
rendered under a host/guest arrangement. However
if law enforcement or legal jurisdictions consider any
of these arrangements (site parking or renting) a civil
matter, I then agree to immediate eviction for rule or
regulation infractions with the same financial terms as
set forth in this paragraph above.
