    As you answer each statement below, keep these tips in mind:

    • Be consistent. Think about how you usually act.

    • Choose one environment. Answer based on how you act at home.

    • Be honest. Answer as you are, not as you wish to be.

    • Be quick. Avoid “sometimes”—pick what feels most accurate.
