Who we are? 

Earth & Beyond Ventures (EBV) is an early-stage VC fund specializing in deep-tech innovations that transcend conventional boundaries. Committed to fostering groundbreaking startups and research projects, we aim to create a more sustainable future for Earth and beyond. Our focus areas include sensors, optics & photonics, quantum computing, advanced materials, new space, nanotechnology, semiconductors, and new energy. Supported by top-tier corporate and financial investors, we operate a deep-tech incubator in partnership with the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA).

Responsibilities (for Earth & Beyond Ventures ("EBV") and our portfolio startups)

• Ongoing bookkeeping for several technology companies, including bank reconciliations, payments, vendors reconciliations, customer invoicing and collections, periodic reports to authorities, etc
• Reporting to institutions and ongoing reporting to tax authorities
• Assistance with preparing quarterly reports to the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA)
• Independent work under the supervision of the Finance Director/Manager

Requirements

• Certification in bookkeeping (Level 2-3).
• At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper "up to balance".
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with tax authorities and reporting to institutions.
• Experience working with Priority software - advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to learn independently.
• Attention to detail, organization, and order.
• High level of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
