To achieve this, we kindly request that you and your guests respect our facility and rules. Your cooperation in communicating these expectations is greatly appreciated.
Rules & Terms
WAIVERS: Any children (anyone under the age of 18, including infants) who have not been to our gym previously need to have signed liability waivers before entering the gym floor. Families can register children and agree to the liability forms at https://werockthespectrumnorthernkentucky.com/register. We can also send you a file with our waiver for you to distribute to your students if that works better.

SOCKS: Please let your guests know that shoes must be removed before entering the gym. Socks are required for all children and adults. We have shoe covers available for adults who are unable to remove their shoes and can make accommodations for children with leg braces and sensory issues. Socks and shoe covers will be available at the gym for $2 per pair. A $15 cleaning fee will be added to your final bill if adults break this rule.

FOOD & DRINKS: All food and drinks must remain in our party room or lobby, not the gym area. A $25 cleaning fee will be added to your final bill if food or drinks spill in the gym area.

ADULT SUPERVISION: We require that there is at least 1 adult (non-staff member) for every 3 children on your field trip. Our staff is here to help provide our guests with a fun and safe experience, but are not in charge of the children's care.

ALCOHOL & TOBACCO PRODUCTS: ABSOLUTELY NO TOBACCO USE IS ALLOWED IN THE GYM. If we discover a guest using any alcohol or tobacco products inside the gym before, during, or after your event, they will be asked to leave the facility immediately. Guests are allowed to smoke outside, but need to be at least 50 ft away from the front door. Please make sure that cigarette butts are disposed in a proper cigarette disposal receptacle and not on the ground.

EQUIPMENT USAGE: No adults are permitted on equipment for safety reasons. Adults and older teens (unless they have special needs) are strictly forbidden to go on the zipline. If an adult goes down the zipline, they will be asked to leave the facility immediately.

DAMAGE: You shall not injure, mar, nor in any manner deface said premises, and shall not cause or permit anything to be done whereby the location shall be in any manner injured, marred, or defaced. Driven nails, hooks, tacks, staples, or screws will not be allowed to be made into any part of said building, and will not make, nor allow to be made, alterations of any kind therein, including decorative or other materials physically attached to the building, furniture, or fixtures of We Rock the Spectrum without the specific consent in advance. If the location, or any portion of the building, during the term of this Agreement, shall be damaged by the act, default, or negligence of you, your invitees or guests, or any person admitted to said premises by you, you will pay We Rock the Spectrum upon demand such sum as shall be necessary to restore said premises to their present condition. The minimum fees include: $5 per small hole, $100 per large hole. If any gym equipment is damaged by the act, default, or negligence of you, your invitees or guests, or anyone admitted to said premises by you, you will pay We Rock the Spectrum upon demand such sum as shall be necessary to repair or replace the equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must email, text, or call us to cancel your field trip at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled field trip.

NO-SHOW POLICY: A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without canceling PRIOR to 24 hours of your scheduled time. You school will be charged 50% of your field trip balance. (Note: Schools who are called off due to weather are exempt from this and will not be charged.)

LIABILITY RELEASE: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the above named, as participant in a field trip on the above entered date, hereby grant the permission necessary to allow all children to participate in activities at We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym. I, in my own behalf and on behalf of children participating in our field trip, further agree to release and hold harmless We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym, and any other subsequent body on whose premises the activity will occur, the affiliates of the aforementioned entities and/or individuals at We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym from any and all liability whether caused by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise for any claim, judgment, loss, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitations attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or connected with We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym, including any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal or serious) that participating children may incur or sustain during their time participating in all activities associated with We Rock The Spectrum Kid's Gym. I further expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and Releasees’ heirs, assigns, successors, executors, and administrators against loss from any further claims, demands, or actions that may subsequently be brought by participating children or by any other persons on the account of damages of any character resulting to participating children in any way from the foregoing activities. I, on my own behalf and the behalf of participating children, hereby warrant that I have read this Liability Release in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, am aware that this Liability Release releases Releasees from any and all liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will.
