Chesterton Academy of the Florida Martyrs is currently in its second year of operation, and we are experiencing marked growth. As we look ahead to our third year (2025/2026 school year), we are excited to onboard teachers who can serve as faithful witnesses to the love of Jesus Christ in the classroom, and who can joyfully incarnate the mission of the Chesterton Schools Network. • You must complete it in one sitting and it must be submitted online using the Submit button at the end of the form.
• This form does not allow you to save and return later. A copy of your form will be emailed back to you.
• It should take approximately 15 minutes.
• You can go back through the pages of the form but remember to use the Back button on the form. Do not use the Back button on your browser as this will mean that you lose anything that you have already typed in.
• This form will allow you to cut and paste from a word document. Some questions  require you to enter text into the form. It is advisable to “copy and paste” your text from a word document or similar, although it can typed directly into the form.

The following are some open ended questions with a word limit of 250 words that you need to have prepared for in advance of completing the form:

Chesterton Academy of the Florida Martyrs assures you that all responses you provide will be treated as confidential, subject to any reporting obligations imposed on the school under applicable Florida laws and regulations. This includes mandatory reporting requirements related to child protection under Chapter 39 of the Florida Statutes or any legal obligations requiring the school to assist in the effective investigation of a crime.

In the event that you are recommended for appointment to this position, the School is obligated to comply with current state and federal regulations. It is the policy of the School that all newly appointed teachers and support staff undergo a comprehensive background check, and the results will be considered in accordance with the school’s policies.
