Over the past 10 years, Gypsiez Shows have worked with thousands from across the state. Consistent crowds for the show featuring 100's of tables. Wheather you are selling a personal item, or a federally licensed dealer, you'll find our shows are well-marketed and bring in a wide range of customers, outdoor lovers,car lovers, an more....The intent of Gypsiez Markets in sposoring this show is to provide a safe, fun forum to exhibit crafts and other merchandise for display or sale, and our rules for that show reflect that intent.
All ehibitors that display at our shows must abide by all safety practices and/or rules written below , and those set forth by industry standards and common sense. Also, all exhibitors are respoinsible for their employees, associates, guests and customers.
The Show Director may ask violators to leave the show without negotiation, recourse or refund of any moneies or deposits made. Please help us to continue sponsoring SAFE and FUN Shows.

*Set-up is the day before the show, NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Take down is at 4 p.m. on day of show, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you take down before the event is officially over you will have a $100 fine that is charged to your CC.
*All items brought to show the public can be inspected by show staff prior to being admitted into the show.
*The USE OF ALCOHOL or DRUGS IS NOT PERMITTED to vendors participating in event. You can sell CBD items or alcohol if allowed at show.
*Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their itmes displayed. Tables must be manned during show hours.
*To cancel at a Gypsiez Market we need 30 days advanced notice. No REFUNDS, however you can sign up as a vendor at another comperable market within the calendar year if cancelled within 30 days.
*No refunds. You will be able to reschedule at any Gypsiez Marketing within a calendar year, but you have to contact Gypsiez Marketing @ badassgypsiezmarketing.com to reschedule for show you want to attend.
*All exhibitors are signing a Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement when agreeing to the terms & conditions. It is Highly Recommended that all exhibitors provide liability insurance to cover any losses that occur.
*I have read, understand and have agreed to the above practices and rules as a condition as an exhibitor at ALL GYPSIEZ Shows!
*Submitting this application is agreeing to be a vendor fee at a Gypsiez market. This is a binding contract.
*Payment is expected after submitting your application and being accepted to the Gypsiez Show.
*Vendor is responsible for own inventory, set-up, security, take-down of items.
*Facility is locked outside of shopping hours.
