  • Welcome to the JENZA Youth Access Scholarship application!

    We believe everyone deserves the chance to experience meaningful travel and work abroad. That’s why 5% of JENZA Group profits go towards funding scholarships that help young people access independent working holidays, internships, and Summer USA programs.

    If you’re 18+, passionate about working abroad, but need financial support to make it happen, this could be your opportunity! The scholarship covers part of your program costs, not the full amount.

      The JENZA Travel Group Youth Access Scholarship Fund provides financial support for participants in any of our JENZA, BUNAC, USIT, or SWAP programs. It’s intended for new customers who are interested in one of our travel experiences but need extra financial help to make it happen. The scholarship covers a portion of the program fees; however, recipients must be able to fund the remaining program and in-country expenses themselves. The fund is built on a foundation of trust, with scholarships awarded in good faith.

    • Submit a personal statement explaining why you should receive the JENZA Access Scholarship. Share your passion, goals, financial need, and how this scholarship will make a different for you. You may submit a written statement, a video, or both. For video submission, there is no specific format or length requirements - smartphone quality is fine.

    • Who we are: JENZA IENA Group acts as the data controller for this application.
      Purpose: We collect your personal data solely to assess and administer your scholarship application.
      Legal basis: Processing is based on your consent and/or contractual necessity.
      Retention: Data will be securely stored for 12 months after the scholarship decision, then deleted or anonymised.
      Sharing: Data will only be shared with authorised staff or reviewers involved in the selection process.
      International transfers: Your data may be transferred securely to countries where our servers or authorised partners are located, with appropriate safeguards.

      • This scholarship covers a portion of the costs associated with the work abroad program participation. It does not cover the full cost.
      • Recipients are responsible for any remaining expenses not covered by scholarship funding.
      • By accepting this scholarship, recipients agree to submit a post-program report, along with photos and testimonials describing their program experience and how the scholarship made a difference.
      • All application materials must be submitted by December 18th, 2026. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
      • Scholarship are awarded based on the quality of the application, financial need, motivation for participation, and alignment with the program goals. The scholarship committee's decision is final.
