Theory Of Play Membership Contract

In General

Theory of Play™ offers a variety of activities for children ages 3 - 10 years of age. Theory of Play™ will present the most appropriate membership based on your family size and the age of your children.

Account Billing:

Billing will pull through our recurring system on the 1st of each month. A reminder invoice will be sent out the week prior. Each family account can make payment through the App, early or wait for the automatic draft. A 3% charge is added to each transaction to the processing company. Any family draft that does not pull properly, will receive a phone call and follow-up email to help each family and kiddo remain playing. Insufficient funds will results in a $30 fee to SmartCare/Vanco Company. To end your membership, a 30 day written notice is required and can be emailed to Leadership@Theory-Of-Play.com

What you can expect from us:
● Federally Background Screened Founders, Leaders, and Teammates; yearly renewed.
● Monthly Newsletter detailed Playscapes, Events, Clubs, and Activities.
● A Leader (21+) on-site at all times.
● Clean Facility sanitized two times per day during closure hours.
● Federally Background-screened club leaders (Ex. Drama teacher)
● P.L.A.Y. Values are modeled at all times.
● Monthly themes on a full 3-year cycle!

Family Acknowledgment:

I understand that a waiver must remain on file for each child during each calendar year. Leadership will email waivers when they are due to be renewed. Children, including children entering the T.O.P. Tiny Spot cannot play in that area until a waiver has been completed.

I understand that if my child's behavior becomes destructive or places themselves or others at risk, a leader and all staff will encourage positive play to ensure appropriate redirection but will privately inform me and we will be asked to return another day if the behavior continues.*

Membership Choice

Toddler Transition (ages 3 - 4.5) $125/ moSingle Membership $125/ moFamily Membership up to 3 children $175/ moIf you have a Toddler and another child above the age of 4.5, please check here. Your family will receive the Family Membership rate.I am signing up for the Family Membership but have more than 3 children (each additional child $25)

WORDS AND PHRASES IN THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AS IN THE SINGULAR OR PLURAL NUMBER, AND AS MASCULINE, FEMININE, OR NEUTERAL GENDER, ACCORDING TO THE CONTEXT.

THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE BINDING ON AND SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF THE PARTIES AND TO THE EXECUTORS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS AND SUCCESSORS OF THE PARTIES.

By signing this contract, the undersigned represents that the undersigned has understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this contract.
