Instructions:

1. Fill out this online application for both events. If you are unsure if you'd like to do both events you can fill it out again later.

2. Be sure to upload your City of Safford business license, proof of liability insurance, logo, and photos of your merchandise to be used for event marketing.

3. You will be emailed whether you have been accepted or not and if something else is needed from you.

4. If you are accepted, you will receive an email with an invoice. Please note, you will not be assigned a spot until the invoice has been paid. There are no refunds.

5. Once your spot has been assigned you will recieve a comfirmation via Eventbrite and sent a digital marketing pacakge to help promote the event.

Vendor Spaces:

All spaces will be assigned. You will be notified of your space closer to the event. You will only be given the 10x10 space, you will need to provide your own tent, tables, generator etc.

Policy & Procedures Agreement

Vendor spaces are on Main Street, 7th Ave and on City Hall lawn.

Vendor fees must be paid through a Quickbooks invoice.

Vendor spaces- select 1 space per 10' x 10' spot.

For those who purchase Chamber Member booths, your Chamber Membership must be paid in full prior to purchasing the ticket.

Lawn spots; please note, these are $500.

Chelsea Cortez will be assigning booth spots and will contact you to cofirm your booth location and provide a map closer to the event.

The Event will be open from 5:00 - 10:00 pm on Friday night, and 8:00 am - 10:00 pm on Saturday.

Merchant Vendor check in is from 12:00pm - 3:00 pm on Friday of the event.

Food truck check in is from 8am-10am on Friday of the event.

Please note that after 3:00 PM on Friday of the event, your vehicle cannot enter Main Street on the 700 Block or 7th Ave. Including the half circle in front of City Hall.

All Food Vendors must have the appropriate permits from the Graham County Health Department.

Vendors selling food, products, or services, must have a City of Safford Business License.

Vendors must obtain a certificate of liability insurance through your carrier or provide proof of liability coverage through your homeowners policy.

Vendors will need to display their permits, licenses and, proof of insurance at their booths.

Electricity is limited to lawn booths only. Premium vendors- bring at least 100' of extension cord to plug in to event electricity. Vendors will need to provide their own electricity.

Generators must be quiet! Less than 70 decibles and may not produce exhaust.

Vendors are responsible for their own weights to hold down their tent. We recommend two cinder blocks on each corner or the equivalent.

Vendors are prohibited from selling silly string, guns, airsoft guns, water guns, snaps, stink bombs, fireworks and drinks in glass bottles. If these items are present, you will be asked to leave the event and will not be invited back to the following two Chamber events.

All attendees are prohibited from bringing outside alcohol. Please only consume alcohol purchased under the event's liquor license in accordance with State Law.

Vendors may not take down prior to 8:00 pm on Saturday of the event. You will not be invited back if you do so.
