Waiver

Reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork, but no responsibility is assumed by White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) for loss or damage of any kind. Submission of work indicates acceptance of these conditions and agreement that digital or photographic images may be used for publicity purposes by WBCA, including on social media and the WBCA website.

Artist agrees to drop off selected artwork on:

- Friday, January 31, 2025, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Artist agrees to pick up selected artwork on:
-Friday, March 28, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
-Saturday, March 29, 2025, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM

All artwork must remain on display throughout the duration of the show. Artwork must be picked up during one of the times listed above. A late fee of $15, plus $5 per week, will be assessed for any items not picked up by 2:30 PM on Saturday, March 29, 2025 (no exceptions).
