• You will be properly draped at all times, and at no point will you be exposed.
• All client information is confidential. Written authorization is required to release any personal or health information.
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• You will receive a consultation before your session to discuss your needs and goals.
• You may end the session at any time for any reason.

Client Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that massage therapy is a therapeutic, non-invasive modality that does not diagnose or treat any medical, physical, or mental health condition.
• I understand that massage is not a substitute for medical care and that I should consult a physician for any medical concerns.
• I understand this treatment is intended to help address muscle pain, tension, and dysfunction.
• I will inform my therapist immediately if I experience any pain or discomfort during the session.
• I have disclosed any relevant health conditions and will keep my therapist updated on any changes.
• I acknowledge and agree that this is a legitimate therapeutic massage provided by a licensed professional. Any requests for sexual services, inappropriate comments, or suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and will be reported to law enforcement. There are no exceptions
