Please provide your business name, type (e.g., Coffee Shop, Distributor, etc...), contact person’s name, email address, phone number, and business website URL. This information helps us understand your business needs and ensures you meet our wholesale requirements.

  • Business Address:

  • Please provide the complete address of your business, including Street Address, City, State, Zip code, and Country. Accurate address details are essential for processing orders, shipping products, and maintaining proper communication. Ensure that all fields are filled in correctly to avoid any delays or issues with your wholesale account setup.

  • Important Additional Information:

  • We do not allow for sub-distribution. Authorized Distributors are only permitted to sell our products to approved brick and mortar retailers. We do not allow for distributor-to-distributor interactions or for resale to Amazon resellers.

    All online retailers must abide by our MAP policy. Online retailers are only permitted to sell Buddha Teas through their own online store. We do not permit retailers to sell on third party platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, etc.

    Requirements:
    Must be able to provide a valid / current business license and Tax ID number.
    The minimum order requirement is in case quantities (six boxes).
    The minimum order for free shipping is $300.

    Terms:
    First time orders are required to pay via credit card; we accept all major credit cards. Net terms can be obtained upon credit approval and an established business relationship.

    Promotions:
    Ask your sales representative about this month's promotions.

    Shipping:
    All wholesale orders are filled upon order. Once your tea has been carefully crafted, we will ship from our tea production facilities.
