WHY DO OUR BROADWAY REVUE?

Our Broadway Revue, much like a recital, is an exciting time at the end of the season where our performers get to show off all of their hard work and perform for their families and friends. It is also a time for us as a studio to be able to share our passion for musical theatre, acting, singing and dance through these performers. We hope you are as excited as we are to participate in this show!

IS IT REQUIRED?

Performers are not required to participate in the Broadway Revue; however, it’s highly encouraged. The teamwork, comradery and performance end goal is a priceless experience. We look forward to everyone being part of the fun. What if my performer can not participate? No problem! We understand. Rest assured, your performer will be learning techniques by practicing the performance piece as well as having fun.

*If you are on the competition team, you are required to participate in all competition group routines.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Regular Pricing (Ends Dec 19, 2024)

$125 Production Fee
$85 Max/Costume Fee per class-Dance/Singing*

*Actors are not charged a costume fee. They will wear their Broadway Revue 2025 T-Shirt, which is included in the Production Fee.

Registration Deadlines

Singing and Dance Classes: additions after December 19th will be based on costume availability/instructor approval. Additional costume shipping charges may apply after December 19th.
Acting Classes: January 31st

Theater rental, technicians, lighting, equipment, backdrop, teachers/staff

Tights if needed, dance/singing group accessories if needed

IMPORTANT DATES AND CONSIDERATIONS:

If at any time Project Performer determines that the Broadway Revue must be canceled due to public health directives or suggested guidelines on social distancing, your production fee is fully refundable. If you opt for a refund, it will be distributed back to your card within two weeks of the cancellation announcement to the person who paid the production fee.
Students who break theater equipment (for example, microphones) because of negligence or inappropriate behavior will be financially responsible for such equipment.
The production participation fee is to be paid by credit card at the end of this form and is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the Revue is cancelled by public health guidelines as noted above.
The costume fee will be charged to your account on December 31, 2024 and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
There will be a single, 2pm show. Please plan to have your performer attend for the entirety of the show (approximately 2 hours). Performers will NOT be released during intermission.
The following dates are required to be attended:
- Class Picture Day (Sat, May 3-Fri, May 9, 2025 during normal class time)
- Dress Rehearsal (June 13, 2025)
- Show (June 14, 2025)

Project Performer does its utmost to ensure the health and safety of its participants. Parents of minor children participating in Project Performer Productions are advised to be mindful of the fact that performance in (and rehearsing for) live theatre has the potential for risk of danger (including, but not limited to, use of costumes, use of stage props, use of stage weapons such as blades or firearms, use of stage pyrotechnics, etc

I, the performer, acknowledge that my participation in this production is voluntary. I acknowledge that I have been advised of the potential dangers of performing in live theatre. After deliberation, I elect to voluntarily participate in this production. I agree to exercise due care and diligence while participating in this production and to heed all instructions given to me with regard to safety and procedure in the rehearsal hall/performance venue and the surrounding area. I agree to hold harmless (and waive any claim or action against) Project Performer, its agents, owners, directors, the board of directors, producers and staff from any liability, fault or action arising from participation in this production.
