As a local leader of Mum Walk Org [A.K.A Baby Walk Org Inc], I understand and agree to support the following Code of Conduct:
- I agree to act with inclusivity at all times, and never make any participants feel excluded due to their age, race, background, sexual orientation or economic situations. Treating all with fairness, equality, dignity and respect.
- I agree to represent the Mum Walk brand fairly - maintaining a warm, open, friendly and non-judgemental approach to all participants. Acting in a way that is in line with the purpose and values of the Mum Walk.
- I agree to never try to promote, sell to, or try to recruit for any business ventures to any Mum Walk participants.
- I agree to never use content taken from Mum Walk activities for anything other than sharing with Mum Walk team or personal accounts.
- I agree to alert the Mum Walk team of any health, safety or behaviour concerns raised during the walk and escalate any feedback about the walk directly to the Founder, Kimberly Kay.
- I agree to never act on behalf of Mum Walk Org Ltd and will direct any question about Mum Walk’s policies, procedures, support or supervision to the Founder Kimberly Kay.
- I agree to never engage in illegal activity while carrying out your duties.
- I agree to never be affected by alcohol, drugs, or medication which will affect my abilities to carry out my duties and responsibilities while leading your activity.
- I agree to disclose the fact that I have been charged with, or convicted of a criminal offence by prosecuting authorities (or given the benefit of the Probation of Offenders Act 1907 as amended) to Kimberly Kay.
- I agree to disclose any known personal risks or associations that may impact the Mum Walk brand or participamts to Mum Walk Director Kimberly Kay
- I acknowledge that no employment relationship is created in the context of their role with Mum Walk Org Ltd.
