Please note: our booking with Abbey Road is confirmed, however there is provision with the booking that if a world-famous artist pushes for a recording session on this date, we may have to change the date or location of the recording. In this extremely unlikely instance, the terms of this form remain the same and, where relevant, will transfer to the new date and/or location.

PLEASE READ:

Abbey Road Studios expects every artist (performer) to be responsible for safely using all rooms, spaces, and equipment on-site. Any costs incurred by damage (accidental or otherwise) caused by an artist will be charged directly to the artist. For artists aged 18 or under and living with their parents, the artist's parents would be responsible for these costs.

The Musical Theatre Centre holds Public Liability Insurance up to an indemnity limit of £1,000,000, and will always take all reasonable steps to ensure that our insurance protects our students in any alleged instances of damage. However, we cannot guarantee that this insurance will cover any and all possible eventualities, particularly where there is alleged deliberate damage and/or negligent or irresponsible behaviour.

Please carefully check all of the below dates and provide your child's availability.

We can work around scheduled absences. However, any unscheduled absences that are not communicated to us on this form are likely to result in your child’s role being reduced or reallocated. This includes absences for illness or injury, due to the tight time constraints of the project. We strongly advise students to attend if feeling under the weather or injured, as long as they are well enough to watch sessions and take in information.

We do not expect to make exceptions for this and cannot make allowances for special occasions or new opportunities, unless these are declared on this form.

It is very important that you and your child understand this, to avoid any upset or distress in case this does happen.
