The Senior Countries Competition.
Gold Coast Water Polo is seeking expression of interests from athletes to represent the Gold Coast Teams competing in the 2025 Country Championships.

Age: 2009 (must beet WPQ Age Eligibility) or older

Trials: TBC

Training: TBC

Dates: Mid February (based on previous competitions)

Location: TBC

Membership: Platinum Membership (need to upgrade from Silver)

Costs: $300-$500 (estimate based on previous years)

The estimated costs will cover competition team fees, referees, coaching and accomodation. You will have to organise your own transport to the location. We can look at options for group transport at the location once teams are confirmed.

I understand that I will be required to pay a $100 bond to GCWP to secure my spot on the team. If I am not selected for the team, my bond will be refunded. Should I need to withdraw from the competition, I must provide notice at least four weeks prior to the event. Withdrawal requests within this period will need to be proposed to the board for consideration. The bond will be used towards the overall costs.
