Day 1
Welcome Dinner :
Celebrate our arrival with a delightful welcome dinner, where you can feast, mingle, and toast to new adventures and friendships!

Day 2
Exciting Pole & Aerial Workshops (with packed lunch):
Explore your limits with invigorating workshops for all levels, led by passionate instructors who will inspire and challenge you with both local and international instructors- featuring Pole Star Coco Kehong, Johnny Villanueva and Nesh Zamora.
Enjoy delicious, energizing packed lunches to keep you fueled throughout the day as we dive into our activities and exploration.

Day 3
Rejuvenating Yoga Session:
Start the day with revitalizing yoga to awaken your body and set a positive tone for all the festivities ahead.
Outdoor Photo and Video Shoot:
Capture precious memories with a stunning outdoor photo and video shoot on the beach!
Thrilling Surfing Session:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By completing your payment, you confirm your slot at the Defy Gravity: Pole & Aerial Retreat 2025. This payment secures your place at the retreat.

All payments made for your slot are non-refundable. Once your payment has been processed, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in plans, or personal circumstances.

Your reservation is non-transferrable. This means that you may not transfer your slot to another person or party under any circumstances. Only the individual who made the payment is permitted to participate in the retreat.

In the event that the retreat is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify all participants. However, if a cancellation occurs, the non-refundable policy still applies.

Terms and Conditions for Installment Payment Option:

Customers who select the installment payment option agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule. We will send a separate email detailing the schedule of payments.

A PayPal link for each installment will be automatically sent to you on the dates stipulated in the payment schedule.

Failure to make a payment by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your reserved slot. If a payment is missed, the reservation will be canceled, and any fees already paid is non-refundable.

Liability Waiver:
By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you are aware of the physical risks involved and agree to hold harmless the organizers, participants, and any associates from any liability.

Acknowledgment:
By making your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
