The expectations, rules, and procedures of the Pensacola MESS Hall are intended to keep the classroom environment safe, organized, creative, and productive. We are with your children for a short time, but we would like to make the most of that time together. If a student is unable to follow the classroom expectations we will redirect them to a different area so that the other students are able to continue learning without interruption.

Respect
Listen to the educator or other students that the educator calls on.
Put your hand up if you want to speak.
Treat supplies and materials in the room gently and with respect.
Treat other students with respect, keeping your hands and feet to yourself.

Calm, safe behavior
Only move around the room when instructed.
Use materials only as instructed.
Plan experiments with safey in mind first and foremost.

Try
Attempt every activity, even if it appears challenging.

Failure happens
Expect to fail occasionally since the activities will challenge you.
Think about how you will do the activity differently next time.

Have fun
Learning and improving should make you happy.
Ensure you are following the rules so all students have the opportunity to have fun.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

In consideration of my child’s participation in programs provided by the Pensacola MESS Hall, I indemnify and hold Pensacola MESS Hall and its affiliates, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all liability for negligence or medical expenses resulting from my child’s participation in such programs or other activities. I further release Pensacola MESS Hall and its affiliates, employees and agents from any and all negligence or other claims resulting from my child’s participation. I further understand that Pensacola MESS Hall does not provide medical insurance coverage for my child and that any medical expenses incurred will be paid by either my own medical insurance or myself. I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all activities.

I give permission for my child’s photo and/or likeness to be retained and used by Pensacola MESS Hall without any remuneration or compensation.

Cancellation Policy & Tuition Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the event date will incur a $5 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% administrative fee. There will be no refunds offered for missed classes without notice once class has occurred.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
