Testing takes about 1 hour and should be completed without brakes. This will provide the most accuracy. To ensure this, make sure your child is fed and uses the bathroom prior to testing. Explain to them that they will not be able to get up until testing is complete. If on a stimulant medication, give your child their medicine as you normally would and try to wait one hour prior to testing. Also for best accuracy and success, it is best to test earlier in the day, and avoid testing after school or after extended activities, when your child will likely be tired.

Testing requires a desktop or a laptop, an up-to-date web browser, and headphones (optional). Once completing this form and payment is recieved, ADHD Life Medical Associates will start a MindPrint learning profile for your child/teen, and you will be sent instructions for next steps in the next 2 business days. Once your child/teen completes their testing, you will have access to test results within 2-3 business days, and a follow-up phone call/facetime for testing results can be scheduled. Once testing is complete, you are unable to "retake" the test. If having technical difficulty, do not finish the test and send an email to adhdlife81@gmail.com, or call 463-946-5145.
