YOUR TESTIMONY OF FAITH

God & Work wants to help you write out your testimony of faith, in accordance with instructions given in the Bible:

"Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have." - 1 Peter 3:15

You may never have written out your testimony before, or you may have done so but now wish to update it. This form can help you in either situation.

The form will collects key information with a set of simple questions that you answer online. You can take as long as you want to complete the form. You can even work on it over several sessions - in that case you will need to create a JotForm account (no cost) and then the information you enter will be saved until you come back to continue again.

Once you have answered the questions, you submit the form to us (in confidence - your data will not be shared with anyone), and we will return a nicely-written 2-minute testimony ready to use, usually within 2-3 days.

SECTION 1: Before I received Christ, I lived and thought this way

This is the first of 3 sections - we will start building your testimony by capturing how your life was BEFORE you became a Christian / accepted Jesus as Savior.

You can answer the questions below with bullet-form answers or complete sentences - the format is not important, only the content is!
