I hereby understand that Fantasy Supreme Productions, Directors Shay Adkins and Sasha Douglas, Workers, & place where pageant is being held is not responsible for any accidents, illness, injury, or stolen/loss of items that may occur before, during, or after the pageant. I also agree that I will be responsible for any money owed to the director. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. The judges’ decisions are final. No refunds will be given. I also give directors permission to use any video or photos for publicity
