We welcome everyone to In It Together Festival and encourage enjoyment, participation, and fun for the entire family.

To make our festival as accessible as possible, we need to understand your specific accessibility requirements. We offer a range of facilities listed below. If you (or someone in your group) need any of the following services, please fill out this form and submit any required documentation:

- Personal Assistant/Carer Tickets

- Accessible Toilets and High Dependency Sterile Changing Unit

- Accessibility Campsite (with accessible showers and toilets)

- Viewing Platform

- Accessible Parking (Blue badge holders do not need to purchase a parking pass, but please display a valid badge on your windscreen. You will still need to fill out the form to inform us of your arrival.)

- Medical Fridge

How to Book Accessible Facilities:

1. Purchase your ticket(s) to In It Together Festival 2025. If you are applying for a Personal Assistant Ticket, please do not purchase a ticket for your PA.

2. Complete the Access Request Form to inform us of your accessibility needs before arriving at the festival. Ensure you have your ticket reference number and any supporting evidence ready.

3. After submitting your information, you will receive an email confirming that your request is being processed. Our Accessibility Team aims to respond to your application within seven working days from December. Please note that applications are only approved once you receive a confirmation email directly from our Accessibility Team.

Once your attendance is confirmed and closer to the event date, we will send you an Accessibility Information Pack. This pack will contain all the necessary details about our accessible facilities and how to reach the venue.

Please note: If you have been approved for a PA ticket, it will be added to your order electronically a few weeks before the event.

Remember to bring a valid photo ID to enter the festival and to support your registration.
APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON 1st MARCH 2025
To complete your application, you will need to submit some supporting documentation. If you are applying for a free Personal Assistance Ticket, please provide one of the following documents, dated within the last twelve months.

You can scan or take a photo of your documents and upload them along with your application form:

- Front page of your Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
- Front page of your Attendance Allowance letter
- Evidence of severe sight impairment (blindness) registration
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Access Card indicating you require a companion (+1)
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment letter
- War Disablement Pension letter
- A letter from a medical consultant specifying your need for personal assistance

(Feel free to black out any information related to the amount of benefits received, health conditions, etc.)

Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Section 2: Campsite Information
We offer a dedicated Accessible Campsite for guests with accessibility needs.

The facilities include:

* Designated campsite with accessible showers and toilets

* Wheelchair-accessible toilets and showers

* Accessible parking

* High Dependency Sterile Changing Unit (located within the accessible campsite)

* Fridge for medication storage

* Charging tent for wheelchairs and medical equipment

Please note that if you are staying in the Accessible Campsite, a maximum of 4 people (including your personal assistant) are allowed to camp with you.

You are also welcome to stay in the general campsites, Boutique, Pre-Pitched, or Campervan Field, though facilities may vary.

Total number of tents in your party? NB Due to space limitations, we encourage people to share tents/vans, so please keep it to a minimum where possible. (In addition, if your guests are in a live-in/motorhome, they must have bought the appropriate ticket and informed the access team that they will be with you. Failure to do so may result in them being asked to camp elsewhere).*

Each response will be carefully assessed on a case-by-case basis. Although we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled, we encourage you to let us know if you’re unsure.
