Description: With a goal to provide an expressive arts wellness practice to maximize creative expression, problem-solve, and teach people how to connect, I AM ART N MOTION uses dance and therapeutic tools to advance social & emotional learning which ultimately improves well-being. The same incredible skillset that trained dance artists, professionals, and educators experience in their work is being modified and presented to the community. Through interactive sessions facilitated by M. Amber Spivey, participants will be guided to explore movement, designed to develop life skills, increase self-awareness, foster connection with others and enhance non-verbal communication.

Please join us at the Art O Mat every second Saturday from 10AM-12PM beginning November 9th, by registering using the link in our bio. Make sure to wear comfortable/exercise clothing.

Supported by Nemours, youth 10 years of age and up are encouraged to join!
