To mark Alzheimer's Awareness month this January, the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington is looking for a fresh new design image for our heather grey 2025 hoodies!

The winning entrant will win a $200 Michaels gift card as well as a shout out on social media!

Rules and Regulations

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these contest rules:

Design: The logo image should incorporate the Forget-Me-Not flower and does not have to include the ASWW name (as it will be included as a separate image on the hoodie sleeve).
Colours: the image must be a 2-colour design, using only our approved branded colours (see below).
Contest opens on November 25, 2024 at 8:00 am and closes on January 23, 2025 at midnight.
Entries must be submitted as high resolution JPEG files.
The image must be easy to use, handle, resize, and manipulate for all reproduction purposes. It should be visually appealing on both small (as small as 2 cm x 2 cm) and large scales.
The winning design will be chosen by ASWW and contacted via email.
Entrants may submit multiple entries.
Eligibility: Only entrants living in the Waterloo-Wellington region are eligible to enter. Staff of ASWW are not eligible to enter.
Contestants are permitted to work in groups; however, only one (1) prize will be awarded regardless of group size.
Entrants affirm their submissions are their own original work, have not been copied from others or from previous designs, including their own, and do not violate the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
Submissions become the sole property of ASWW and may be used for any ASWW purposes.
