BBQ spaces are 40' x40' and 20' X 30' There is a full service RV park at this facility. they can be reached at this link: www.nuecesbeachparks.com/padre-balli-park NOTE: Alcoholic beverages are sold at the event. Teams may bring their own alcohol. but are prohibited from sharing with non-team members. Sharing alcohol with the public will result in disqualification.
Release and Waiver of Liability: The undersigned, representing all parties with his/her team, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless American Legion Post 0229, Nueces County Parks Dept., Champions Barbecue Alliance, The Padre Island BBQ Beach Bash and its sponsors, volunteers, subcontractors, agents and employees by reason of any claim or liability imposed by law on account of property damage or bodily injuries, including death, resulting there from, sustained or alleged to be sustained by any person or persons, whether they be members of the public visiting the event, resulting for the negligence of the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, or persons performing services for it, or resulting from any equipment, machinery or items displayed by the Team. Notwithstanding any remedies available to the team at law, the team expressly releases and waives any and all claims against Host, its agents, officers, directors, shareholders, sponsors, employees or volunteers, in consideration of the mutual agreement of the parties and the opportunity of team to exhibit at the Padre Island BBQ Beach Bash. The undersigned certifies to have read and agrees to the rules and regulations of the Padre Island BBQ Beach Bash.
