to building tenants and their employees. The property management team is committed to providing an engaging experience to the tenants of 410 Park Avenue. Please contact the property team regarding the amenities, building events, or any concierge needs.
The following policies and procedures outline basic information about each amenity as well as the rules to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all users. If any questions should arise pertaining to the building amenities, please email: tenant.experience@gh-mgmt.com.
Concierge
The building concierge is committed to serving the tenants of 410 Park Avenue.
For all concierge requests, please contact the building management team. We kindly ask to allow us 24 hours to complete your request. Please note that there may be a 20% service fee added to the tenant invoice for any services procured by our concierge team.
Tenant Experience Team
The Tenant Experience Team is committed to providing an engaging and interactive environment to the tenants 410 Park Avenue:
The Tenant Experience Team is available between 8 to 6 pm Monday through Friday to assist in making necessary arrangements for tenant use of the Parlour, Townhall, Clubhouse, and Fitness Center.
Please contact the Tenant Experience Team regarding the building amenities, building events, 410 Park building app, or concierge needs. 410 Park Avenue Building App
Global Holdings 2.0 app is a tenant app that is accessible by web or phone application.
This application is at the center of the 410 Park Avenue amenities and creates a
cohesive, central location to learn about events in the building, network, and
make reservations for meeting rooms and spaces.
Tenants will be asked to log in with their work email to gain access. Any charges
incurred through bookings will be added to the tenant’s monthly invoice.
The Global Holdings 2.0 app complies with all U.S. privacy laws.
Wireless Internet
410 Park Avenue offers tenants complimentary high speed, secure wireless
Internet in the amenities spaces.
When you use the amenities WiFi we may collect data about:
- The MAC address of your device;
- The volume of data that you use;
- Your usage by access time, duration and frequency;
- Name and email address
Ownership and Management do not assume any responsibility if devices are infected by malicious software, or if personal data is compromised as a result of use.

Clubhouse
The following guidelines have been established for the Clubhouse, including the
pantry and golf simulator, located in the cellar level at 410 Park Avenue:
- The Clubhouse is an exclusive amenity for tenants of 410 Park Avenue. Visitors
and persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Clubhouse.
- Use of the golf simulator is by reservation only.
- Access will not be permitted to the Clubhouse until a waiver is signed and
submitted to building management.
- Food and beverages are not permitted on the golf simulator turf.
- When in use, only one player at a time is permitted on the turf area.
- Any use of the clubs outside of the simulator bounding box is strictly prohibited.
- All equipment must be treated with care and any damages to equipment must
be immediately reported to building management. No outside golf equipment is
permitted.
- Dirtied shoes, heels and open-toed shoes are not permitted on the turf area.
- In the event of a user accident or simulator breakage, building management
must be notified immediately.

Fitness Center
The following guidelines have been established for use of the Fitness Center, including the studios and changing rooms, located in the cellar level at 410 Park Avenue:
- The Fitness Center is an exclusive amenity for building tenants. Visitors and
persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the fitness center or related
facilities.
- Hours of operation are 6 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Access will not be permitted to the Fitness Center and related facilities until a
gym waiver is signed and submitted to building management.
- The studios, storage cabinets and shower rooms in the fitness center are
available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Equipment must be used for its intended use only and within the tenant’s own
physical abilities.
- Sanitation and cleaning supplies will be provided by the building for tenants to
wipe down equipment before and after use.
- Proper gym attire and footwear is required while in the Fitness Center.
- All personal items, including bags, must be stowed away in storage cabinets.
- Food and glass bottles are not permitted, and tenants are expected to clean up
after themselves.
- In the event of a user accident or equipment breakage, building management
must be notified immediately.

Parlour
The following guidelines have been established for those who choose to utilize the
Parlour, located on the 4th floor:
- The Parlour is open for use exclusively for tenants of 410 Park Avenue. Visitors are welcome in the lounge as long as they are accompanied by a building tenant or employee. Visitors are required to be registered at the concierge desk. If the Parlour is booked for an event, tenants will be given at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Food is permitted in the lounge. Tenants are expected to clean up after
themselves and messes should be reported to the building concierge.
- The Townhall meeting room located in the Parlour is available by reservation
only at a first come, first serve basis. Tenants should not use the Townhall meeting room without a reservation.
- All items and furniture in the Parlour is stationary and should not be removed
from the space. Any damage or issues should be sent to building management.
- The Parlour is meant to foster community and provide the tenant with a
collaborative space outside of their physical office. Any actions deemed
unprofessional by the Building Management team will not be tolerated. This
includes, but is not limited to, sleeping, loud talking, and smoking.

Town Hall Meeting Room
The following guidelines have been established for those who choose to utilize the
Town Hall meeting room located in the Parlour.
- The town hall room located in the Parlour is not open for public use and is an
exclusive amenity for tenants of 410 Park Avenue. The room is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm excluding holidays. If a tenant requires the space outside of business hours, this can be scheduled directly with the building management. Please be advised that additional charges will be applied for use outside of normal business hours and use is dependent on availability.
- Reserve the space on the Global Holdings 2.0 app and through Work Speed. It is recommended to book in advance as this room is available at a first come, first serve basis.
- Meeting room usage outside of normal business hours and consumable charges will be applied to the tenant invoice. No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.
- Consumable charges for services such as cleaning, security, and/or fire guards are additional. For more information about pricing please refer to the pricing sheet or contact management.
- Use of the meeting room space for social purposes is strictly prohibited. This
includes bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and any other social
gatherings that management deems not appropriate for a commercial office
building.
- Tenants are expected to leave the room in the condition in which the room
was found. Any damages may result in additional charges. Tenants may request for special set up or breakdown by contacting building management. These requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are dependent on availability. In the event of any A/V or internet malfunctions, tenants are still required to pay for the room rental in full.
- The equipment, furniture, and furnishings in the meeting rooms are available
to use at no extra cost. If any equipment, furniture, and furnishings goes missing or is damaged, the tenant will be charged for the cost. Should anything seem damaged prior to the start of your meeting, please contact building management immediately.
- Outside food and drinks are permitted in the meeting room. If tenant requires assistance in ordering food or catered services, please contact the concierge. These requests should be made in advance and are dependent on availability. Tenant is expected to remove all trash and mess at the end of the scheduled meeting.
- The tenant accepts responsibility for the visitor’s behavior and any damage
caused by visitors will be charged to the tenant.
Pricing Sheet
The Townhall meeting room is $60 per hour or $200 for 4 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Meeting room and Event cancellations will be accepted without penalty if notice
is given twenty-four hours or more prior to the booking. Reservations that are
canceled with less than the twenty-four hour notice may result in additional
charges or loss of scheduled allowance hours. Any consumable charges that have
already occurred related to canceled meeting will still be charged to the tenant.
Holiday Closures
The building will not accept bookings and some amenities may not be available during major holidays. This includes:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Day after Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
These closures do not reflect the operations and access to the building. For questions regarding the building operations, please contact building management.
The following guidelines have been established for employees who choose to utilize the bike room and
storage:
• Secured bicycle storage is located in the Amenities Center. Access to the bicycle storage room can be
obtained by submitting the Bicycle Storage Registration Form on ournomadtower.com.
• The bicycle storage is available on a first come, first served daily basis. Tenants are strongly
encouraged to bring their own locks.
• Tenants may only bring bicycles and electric scooters through the designated bike entrance located
on 31st street. Bicycles must be stored in the Amenities Center secured storage located in the
building cellar. If there are any issues with entering or exiting the building, please contact the Tenant
Experience Team at tenant.experience@gh-mgmt.com.
• The purpose of the bike storage is to allow tenants and their employees a secure place to store their
bicycles during business hours. Leaving bikes overnight is strongly discouraged and any items deemed
abandoned will be removed by building management.
• Management is not responsible for missing or stolen bicycles.
• Bicycles will not be permitted on the passenger elevators or Lobby areas at any time for any reason.
This is necessary to maintain safety for all building’s occupants. Building security has been directed
to immediately report any persons who do not comply and ask the tenant to return the bicycle to the
storage area or leave the premises.
• If tenant chooses to store bicycle within tenant’s demised premises, tenant must request the
utilization of the freight elevator during normal business hours. To schedule this service, please contact
the Property Management Office. If tenant elects this option, the bicycle or electric scooter must be
stored in a manner that does not block or restrict access to the aisles or fire exits. Storage within HVAC
rooms, service closets, common corridors, and stairwells is a fire hazard and is strictly prohibitedThe following guidelines have been established for employees who choose to utilize the bike room and
