EB Games Photo Release Form

I hereby grant Electronics Boutique Canada Inc. (EB Games Canada) permission to use photographs in any of the following:

1. Permission to Use Photos
I give EB Games Canada permission to use my photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes use on social media, websites, and other materials.

2. No Approval Needed
I understand that I will not have the chance to review or approve how these photos are used. I also give up any right to receive payment for the use of these photos.

3. Release from Liability
I release EB Games Canada from any claims or demands related to the use of my photos. This means I cannot hold the Company responsible for any issues that arise from using these images.

4. Governing Law
This Release is governed by the laws of Canada.

5. Acknowledgment
I confirm that I have read this Release and agree to its terms.
