There will be a Welcome Reception on Friday, May 30 followed by educational sessions on Saturday, May 31.

Welcome Reception - 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Exhibit Set Up - anytime between 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 31
Exhibitor Set Up - anytime between 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
Exhibits Open - 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
Tear Down - 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

All conference break food served in the Exhibit Hall.

Full payment is due no later than May 5, 2025.

Cancellation/Refunds: An exhibitor may cancel or withdraw from the meeting subject to the following conditions: 1) the exhibitor shall immediately file a written notice of intention to cancel or withdraw; 2) if written notice is received 30 days or more prior, the VA-ACS shall retain a sum of equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the reserved exhibit space; and 3) no refunds shall be made on cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of the meeting. Cancellations must be received in writing to smcconnell@ramdocs.org to be official.
