Request for Proposals: Youth Leadership and Engagement Education and Training

This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation for Youth Leadership and Engagement Education and Training is issued by Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council (AZSILC) in connection with the 2025-2027 Arizona State Plan for Independent Living (AZSPIL).

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria in order for submissions to be considered:

Applicant must have a valid 501(c)(3) determination from the Internal Revenue Service
Applicant must be in good standing as an Arizona corporation in the Arizona Corporation Commission system
Applicant must have at least three years of experience in providing youth leadership and engagement education and training that is rooted in Independent Living Philosophy

Application submission is due using this form by 11:59pm on 12/13/24. Alternate formats for applicant submission may be requested by emailing: operations@azsilc.org. Submission deadline is 11:59pm on 12/13/24, regardless of submission modality.

Total funding amount for AZSPIL Year One (October 1, 2024-September 30, 2025) is $20,000. AZSILC reserves the right to award one or multiple applicants.
