I understand that by submitting this form, our family is committing to complete the payment and attend the Summer Family Camp. I will submit this camp payment in 3 payments. After you receive this invoice, you will have one week to make your down payment which is 1/3 of the total camp cost. The next 1/3 of the cost is due March 1st. The last third is due June 1st. Of course, full payment can be made at anytime. Family Lodging Options, Activity fees, and Meal Plans*

Single Room with Private Bathroom

You and your family of 6 or less will receive one of the larger rooms at the Willows or Lodge. It will have one queen bed and 2-3 twin beds. All sheets and linens will be provided. You will have to provide your own towels and toiletries.

Two Rooms and Private Bathroom

You and your family will receive two rooms at either the Lodge, the Willows, or a house. At least one will have a queen bed. There will be an additional 2-4 beds. All sheets and linens will be provided. You will have to provide your own towels and toiletries. You will have your own bathroom.

Three Rooms and a Private Bathroom

You and your family will receive three rooms at either the Lodge, the Willows, or a house. At least one will have a queen bed. There will be an additional 2-6 beds. All sheets and linens will be provided. You will have to provide your own towels and toiletries. You will have your own bathroom.

Greenbrier Cottage

You and your family will receive lodging at Greenbrier Cottage. It is the bottom floor of this duplex. There is no passage in between. This cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It also has a kitchen, dining room, and living room. All linens and towels provided. Bring your own toiletries.

Honeysuckle Cottage

You and your family will receive lodging at Honeysuckle Cottage. It it is the top floor of this duplex. There is no passage in between. This cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It also has a kitchen, dining room, and living room. All linens and towels provided. Bring your own toiletries.

Little Blue Cottage

You and your family will receive lodging at Little Blue Cottage. This cottage has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathrooms. The one bedroom has twin bunkbeds. It also has a kitchen, dining room, and living room. A futon is also available. All linens and towels provided. Bring your own toiletries.

The Lofts and The Brambles

This is for families bringing 4 or more kids. . Each family has their own private bathroom. Two of the sections have bathrooms with multiple showers and toilets. No linens or towels are provided. Each family must bring twin sheets, pillows, blankets or sleeping bags.

Adult Meal and Activity Ticket (Teens through Adults)

This ticket includes the costs for all activities at Heart Ridge, evening snacks, and the 15 main meals that will be served at the family camp. Most meals are whole foods, made from scratch served buffet or family style. Gluten-free, dairy-free options will be available at every meal. Effort will be made, when necessary, to label food for allergies. This ticket also includes all materials and activities for the week. Each adult or teen attending camp needs one of these.
