The participant acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with hosting and participating in school events, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other potential losses. Hosts agree to the following: a) Hosts understand their insurance will cover any accidents or damages for their hosted events.b) Hosts must provide an event plan to the school at least 30 days prior to the event.c) Hosts agree to comply with all school policies and local regulations.
