Tomball Memorial Athletic Booster Club Scholarship Application

The TMABC Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors who have participated in the Tomball Memorial high school athletic program as an athlete, trainer or team manager and whose families have been actively involved in the TMABC. **Please refer to the scholarship application criteria and requirements document found on the TMABC website to ensure you qualify. The deadline for submission is Friday, March 21, 2025. Please direct any questions to tmabcscholarship@gmail.com.

There are four parts to the application: student information including sports history/awards and extracurricular activities and community volunteering, family TMABC volunteer hours, essay, and coach and teacher recommendation form.

Important: Before filling out the online application, be sure you have ALL four parts of the application completed. A copy of the scholarship application for reference, as well as a submission checklist, is provided in the scholarship criteria and requirements document found on the TMABC website.

Family Volunteer Hours

Student must have a total of 20 documented TMABC family volunteer hours completed by March 31st including but not limited to: serving as a sports representative, TMABC board or committee member, assisting in sale of programs at home games, assisting with TMABC events such as concession sales, the Mardi Gras/Gala/Cowboys and Casinos events, golf tournament fundraiser, attending booster meetings, coordinating or volunteering for sports banquets, obtaining corporate sponsors for the booster club, and additional volunteer activities arranged by TMABC or athletic coaches. Recommendation Form

A recommendation form is required from BOTH a TMHS Varsity coach AND a TMHS teacher/administrator. Note: Allow 2 weeks for the coach/teacher/admin to fill out the recommendation form
