Thank you for your interest in supporting Heart and Home Transitional Housing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women, Two-Spirit, trans, non-binary and genderqueer folks aged 55+ find safety, empowerment, and freedom from abuse. Volunteers are an essential part of our mission, and we are grateful for your commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. Volunteers will have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experiences to help Heart and Home improve its volunteer program. 

We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of six months to help provide consistency and stability for our community. Volunteers are encouraged to commit to 1-2 hours per week, depending on the campaign needs and your availability. 

Termination Statement

Heart and Home Transitional Housing Shelter 55+ reserves the right to end this agreement if the volunteer is unable to meet the responsibilities outlined. We will, however, do our best to provide guidance and support before making this decision.

Confidentiality Statement

I, the undersigned, agree not to disclose any confidential, private, or personal information regarding the clients, co-volunteers, or staff of Heart and Home Transitional Housing at any time during or after my service as a volunteer, unless required by law.
