It’s time to reset your nervous system, meet new like minded women and invest in yourself. It is a week full of Pilates, manifestation and adventure exploring the tropical island of Bali.

This retreat is so much more than an overseas holiday, it’s a week of inner healing, personal growth and self love with the magical movement of Pilates.

5 nights: 6th of June - 11th of June 2025.
Accommodation: Belajar Hotel, Canggu, Bali.
