* Cancelation policies:

- until Dec 15th, 2026: 40% of deposits can be returned
- until Jan 15th, 2026: 20% of all deposits can be returned
- until Jan 31st, 2027: 10% of all deposits can be returned
- after Jan 31st, 2027: no deposits can be returned

Deposit for the journey consists of 2000 EUR. The rest must be paid by January 31st, 2027.

Your deposit is safe and will be returned to you, if we cancel the journey.

International flight: from your location to Cairo and back IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The airport in Egypt is CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Arrival date: MARCH 11th, 2027

Please book your flight ticket so you arrive to Cairo international Airport on this day. If you plan to arrive on any day earlier, let us know, and we will book the extra nights in the hotel for you.
Please note that check in time is at 2PM.

Departure date: MARCH 24th, 2027
Please book your flight ticket so you depart from Cairo international Airport on this day, any time. Please note that check out time is at 3PM

If you want to stay in Egypt longer, or if you want to arrive early, let us know.

We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport in either way for free.

There is a surcharge for extra days.

Surcharge for SINGLE room throughout the journey: 990 EUR for the journey.

* WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

You will have a transfer organised by our side from Cairo International Airport to LE PASSAGE CAIRO HOTEL on your arrival date.

(On your departure date we will organise a transfer for you from the HYATT REGENCY CAIRO WEST HOTEL to your airport terminal.)

In case that the international currency rate between EUR and USD change in favour of USD (the EUR drops the value) significantly, the prices might change. We will inform you of that.
