Policy

You must let me know 48hrs notice if you are unable to attend your appointment or you will loose your 50% deposit.
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment and unable to book in again.
50% deposit must be paid for any aesthetics treatments.
You will loose your whole deposit at ANY TIME of cancelling a anti-wrinkle treatment as this is a prescription treatment and the product cannot be used on anyone else.
If you are more than 10 minutes late you will loose your 50% deposit and your appointment will be cancelled.
You MUST be 18+ and ID must be shown for any aesthetics treatments.If you fail to bring your ID your appointment will not go ahead and you will loose your 50% deposit.
No children or plus ones.
Please arrive with freshly washed skin and no makeup to your appointment if you are having any anti-wrinkle treatment or facial.
Your lashes must be washed and clean! free from any makeup before your lashes appointment. Lash extensions will not stick to dirty lashes.
You must of read and understood aftercare when booking your appointment. If you do not follow the aftercare correctly this could effect your treatment outcome.
It is your responsabilty to inform me if your medical circumstances change so we can advise about future treatments.
