Please note that FITEQ-approved events will be limited in 2025 to maintain a transparent portfolio. Submitting your application by end of November 2024 will increase your chances of securing event approval for the 2025 calendar.

Application Submission Timeline:

Please note that in 2025, applications must be submitted a minimum of 4, 6, or 8 weeks (for Tier VI, V, and IV competitions respectively) before the competition begins.

Please be aware that if you haven't organized an official FITEQ event in 2024, you are only eligible to apply for Tier VI. If you successfully organized a Category V event in 2024, you are eligible to apply for a Tier V and Tier VI event. If you organized a successful Category IV event in 2024, you are eligible to apply for a Tier IV, Tier V and Tier VI event.

Please note that you can organize a Teqball Cup and a Teqball Youth Cup on the same day, but applications must be sent separately.
