A few IMPORTANT things to know before you come to the rink:

Helmets with full face protection, MUST be worn by anybody on the floor under 18 years of age (particpating or helping).
Indoor shoes must be changed into BEFORE going onto the floor - only clean/dry shoes on the floor.
Please refrain from the use of lacrosse balls in the parking lot (keep them in your bag not in your stick). The parking lot is too small and lax balls put perfectly round dents in cars.
Only identifying male players/parents in the Men's Changeroom and only identifying female players/parents in the Women's Changerooms. This is because they also double as bathrooms. There are 2 gender neutral bathrooms upstairs off the restaurant that are large enough to change in. Don't leave any valuables in the changerooms.

Player Hold Harmless Release

By clicking “I agree”, I, attest that I am 18 years of age or am signing for a participant under 18 years of age and expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all risks existing with the activities operated by the Cambridge Highlanders JR B Lacrosse at Royal City Ball Hockey Club Limited (the “Club”). My participation in Rick Buna's activities is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks associated with such activities. I understand I have the right to withdraw from any activity or situation I feel uncomfortable with. I now freely accept and assume full responsibility for all risks to me in connection with my participation in Cambridge Highlanders JR B Lacrosse's activities.

I confirm that I will self-screen prior to coming to the Club and will stay home if I feel ill.

I waive all legal rights to bring any and all claims I or my successor may have against the Club, and/or the Cambridge Highlanders JR B Lacrosse with any loss, injury, damage or expense of any kind that I may in any way suffer, incur or experience as a result of or in connection with my participation. I hereby release the Club and/or the Cambridge Highlanders JR B Lacrosse and their supervisors, officials, sponsors, organizers and corporate owners of the premises from any and all liability for any complaints, demands, claims, actions, suits, judgments and orders for any and all losses, injuries, sickness related to Covid-19, damages or expenses I may suffer, incur or experience in connection with my participation. I agree to indemnify the Club and/or the Cambridge Highlanders JR B Lacrosse for and hold it harmless from any and all losses, injuries, damages and expenses of any kind that the Club and/or the Cambridge Highlanders JR B Lacrosse may suffer, incur or experience and for any and all complaints, demands, claims, actions, suits, judgments and orders for any and all losses, injuries, sickness related to Covid-19, damages or expenses of any kind anyone else may suffer, incur or experience in connection with my participation.
