Thank you for taking the time to complete this form. The more information you provide here, the better we can match you with clients who align with your expertise, preferences, and availability.
Please note: You will not be matched with a client until you have fully onboarded and completed your training, which typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Once we identify a potential match, we’ll share the client’s complete profile with you. This allows you to decide whether you’d like to proceed with a consultation.
If you choose to proceed with the consultation, you will schedule the consultation directly with the client. After the consultation, you will notify CReW if you have established a coaching relationship and confirmed a schedule. CReW will then set you up as a contractor (if this is your first engagement) and establish the coaching agreement and billing arrangements with the client.
If you decide not to take the client or the consultation, simply let us know, and we’ll continue working to find the right match.
