CPRG Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) Grant Application

Energy Savings Performance Contracting is a program that will assist with accessing financing in which energy savings from investments in building efficiency pay for the loan repayment. Metroplan can assist with funding of no more than 50% of project cost per eligible entity, based on project scope and funding availability.

Eligibility: Municipal and County governments in Pulaski, Faulkner, Saline, Lonoke, Grant, and Perry Counties

Application deadline: 4:00 PM CDT on Friday, June 13, 2025

*Other public agencies may be eligible to apply based on funding eligibility.

Metroplan reserves the right to partially fund projects.

- ESCO must be pre-qualified through Arkansas Energy Office, even if doing own procurement
NOTE: IGAs typically cost $0.10-$0.20 per square foot.
