Instructions

Before boarding the bus, EACH RIDER MUST sign this form. The rider will receive an Email Confirmation sent to their email. When boarding, the rider will have to pull up the PDF confirmation on their phone and show it to the driver as they board, accompanied by a valid identification card. They will not be able to board until they do that.

About Drag & Fly Tours, Inc.

Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. is **not** a party bus. It is a **drag queen hosted sightseeing tour experience** designed to provide an entertaining and educational journey through various locations. Our focus is on creating a unique and memorable experience with performances, storytelling, and a deep dive into local culture, history, and the vibrant world of drag.

The Drag & Fly Mobile Theater

The Drag & Fly mobile theater is a state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind experience. The vehicle is designed to resemble a mini mid-century theater on wheels, specially fabricated for sightseeing-related performances. Due to the unique and custom nature of this vehicle, any damage, repairs, or maintenance required as a result of passenger actions will be the financial responsibility of the passenger. In the case of minors, the accompanying adult will be held liable for such costs and will be billed accordingly.

COVID-19 Pre-Screening

Due to COVID-19, we have added the Pre-Screening below to keep everyone as safe as possible. By signing this agreement, you are expressly affirming the information below to be true.

1. I do not live with someone who in the last 14 days has received a positive test result for COVID-19.
2. No one in my household (including myself) is waiting for a COVID-19 test result.
3. I have not had close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or more) with someone in the last 14 days who received a positive test result for COVID-19.
4. I do not have any common COVID symptoms that cannot be attributed to another health condition such as fever greater than 100.4 F, or new and/or worsening cough, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, chills, muscle pain, excessive fatigue, new onset of severe headache or nasal congestion.

Agreement I understand that riding on Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. vehicle is a potentially dangerous activity. I understand that the vehicle may need to stop suddenly and without warning. Riding without a seat belt, standing, and walking in a moving vehicle is inherently dangerous. I understand that the floor and steps in the vehicle may be slippery, particularly if it is raining. I assume all risks associated with my use of Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. services, as well as all risks of loss, theft, or damage of personal property while using or present on Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. vehicle, at the establishments/locations where the vehicle may visit, or at any partner locations including but not limited to hotel hosts and intermission partners.

I will not bring any action against Drag & Fly Tours, Inc., its employees, agents, successors, and/or assigns, as well as its hotel hosts, intermission partners, and any associated locations, for personal injury, property loss, or property damage, including any action for negligence, breach of warranty, products liability, or strict liability, and hereby forever waive, on my own behalf and on behalf of my successors and/or assigns, the right to bring such action. This release does not apply to injuries caused by intentional or reckless misconduct of Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. personnel, hotel hosts, or intermission partners.

1. Minors: Riders of all ages are welcome. However, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must not disturb the show. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors adhere to the tour's rules and do not disrupt the experience for others.
2. Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages are available at our host hotel and intermission partner locations, and guests are encouraged to enjoy these offerings during those times. While alcohol is not generally permitted onboard the Drag & Fly mobile theater, exceptions are made under specific circumstances, such as private rentals or entire show buyouts. In these cases, alcohol may be allowed onboard, subject to approval and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
3.  Any person arriving in an intoxicated condition shall not be allowed to board Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. vehicle.
4. The Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. driver is responsible for the vehicle and their decisions are final.
5. All laws and rules regarding behavior apply to all passengers before, during, and after Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. services. Inappropriate behavior will result in the offending passenger(s) being asked to disembark immediately. No refund will be issued to passengers(s) asked to disembark. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation from the point of disembarking. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: Extreme intoxication, vulgar or socially inappropriate behavior in any way, public urination/vomiting, loitering more than 5 minutes after tour, excessive noise/screaming, violence or threats of violence, or any other behavior deemed to be inappropriate. This behavior policy also extends to any conduct at hotel hosts, intermission partners, or any associated locations.
6. Any transgressions of the above restrictions may result in the driver ending the tour immediately. No refund will be issued for tours ended early due to passenger behavior.
7. Gratuity Policy: While gratuities are accepted and appreciated off the Drag & Fly mobile theater experience, tipping is not allowed onboard. Since you cannot touch the queens during the tour, you also cannot tip them directly. Queens and drivers may accept gratuity outside the vehicle in a clearly marked designated receptacle.
8. Your information may be added to our marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

All Drag & Fly Tours participants must abide by our Code of Conduct. The following actions are not allowed while riding Drag & Fly Tours or at any associated locations, including hotel hosts and intermission partners, and include but are not limited to the following:

• Standing during the Drag Queens’ performance
• Getting on stage with the Drag Queen
• Touching the Drag Queens in any way
• Vulgar or socially inappropriate behavior in any way
• Over-intoxication
• Vomiting on or around Drag & Fly Tours or associated locations
• Public urination on or around Drag & Fly Tours or associated locations
• Destruction of Drag & Fly Tours property or associated location property
• Any form of indecent exposure
• Giving alcohol to non-passengers
• Littering

As Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. is a drag queen hosted sightseeing tour experience and not a party bus, participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. If any participant violates any of these actions, you will be removed immediately, and the tour will be canceled at the driver’s discretion, and no refund will be given. This policy also applies to any misconduct at hotel hosts, intermission partners, or any associated locations.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. permission to use my likeness in a photograph and/or recorded video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Drag & Fly Tours, Inc.'s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph and/or videography using my likeness will become property of Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. and will not be returned.

I acknowledge that since my participation with Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Drag & Fly Tours, Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photo and/or video for purposes of publicizing Drag & Fly Tours, Inc.'s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph and/or video.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Drag & Fly Tours, Inc., its hotel hosts, and its intermission partners, for all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
