  • Tournament Requirements: 

    • Each team must have 3 players 
    • Up to 6 players on the roster are allowed 
    • You can make a team of boys/men & girls/women
    • The Age Division of your team is determined by the OLDEST ROSTERED PLAYER
    • The Age Division of a team can NOT be changed once the team is bracketed.
    • Brackets will be formed based on number of teams who enter
      • If there are not enough teams in your specific division the division may be combined
      • Upon entering you agree to provide the tournament commitee full discretion in creating divisions. 
      • Divisions may be combined "by gender", "by level", and "by age". 
        • As a rule of thumb the committee attempts to combine no more than one age "up/down" from U6 thru U14.
        • U15 thru U19/Adult may be combined.
        • Boys & Girls may be combined.
    • Games will be played between 1-8 PM, on Saturday, Dec 14, 2024 at Case Community Parks in Sand Springs.
      • We agree to be fully available during that day on those times. 
    • TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:
      • Entry Fees are NON REFUNDABLE except where stated below.  No refunds will be contemplated for referee decisions, outcomes, etc.. The "Act of God" refunds policy is stated below:  
        • If games are canceled prior to the event beginning, due to weather or another "act of God", the tournament will refund 50% of the team entry fee. 
        • If games are canceled during the event, due to weather, or another "act of God", the tournament may refund a pro-rated portion of the event entry fees based on the completion rate of the tournament.  Example, if the tournament is canceled after 75% completion, then the tournament commitee will retain 75% of the entry fees, and refund the balance.
        • If teams have completed 2 games then the tournament will use data to determine winners, award winners medallions, and no refund will be processed. 
        • Any contribution to a supported charity as part of your team's participation in this event is non-refundable. 
  • TEAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

    Understanding of participation expectations and standards prior to payment and arrival.
  • REQUIRED CREDENTIALS FOR CHECKIN:

    #1. Each player must complete the waiver/medical release form and bring to the event
    #2. Each team leader must complete the roster (downloadable) and bring to the event
    #3. Each player must have a proof of birth (player pass, drivers license, passport, school ID, or birth cert)
