Pacesetter Agreement Request
We're thrilled to have you, and your colleagues, join us for the Lawyers Have Heart 5K! All companies are welcome! This 5K timed race/walk is also a great way for you and your colleagues to socialize and help save lives!
Getting started is EASY!
This form is for companies that cover the registration fees for their employees. Once submitted, the form will generate a pacesetter agreement which will be forwarded to your company representative to sign. The pacesetter agreement will come from: GeneralAHA.eSign@heart.org. All registration fees are non-refundable.
Once your company representative signs the pacesetter agreement via our portal, a unique code will be generated and forwarded to you. You can then share that code with your employees so they can register for the run/walk. Please allow for 1-2 business days for the pacesetter agreement to appear in your signer’s email inbox.
