1. Parties
In this agreement ClickATeam acts as the "Agency" and the client signing this agreement acts as the "Company".
2. Services:
The Agency will work with the Company on a month-to-month basis to provide a complete cold email outreach system that consists of a SETUP Phase and an on-going month-to-month MANAGEMENT Phase:
SETUP PHASE: (5-6 weeks)
- Complete Sniper cold email buildout based on the Instantly software
- 300 domains setup
- 1,500 email accounts (5 email accounts per domain).
- MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC DNS configuration
- Master inbox forwarding, email filtering, domain forwarding.
- 333,000 List scraping/building
- List cleaning and verification
- Creation of initial cold email copy scripts with spin-text
- Instantly software setup and configuration
- Warm up of 1,500 email accounts
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT PHASE
- Sending of 45,000 emails per day on business days.
- Adding positive replies to shared Google Spreadsheet
- Adding 333,000 new leads every month
- Lead cleaning & verification of 333,000 leads
- Managing the system to make sure each email's account health score is above 90% (which impacts deliverability rate).
- Making sure systems are up to date in terms of Google's algorithm changes and updates to function properly.
- Private slack channel and email support.
3. Revisions and Change of Scope:
As the Agency will work as an extension of the Service Company’s team, changes to the scope are limited only to hours of work only. While the Agency will deliver support to the Company, within the agreed times, revisions and changes to the scope requested by the Company may cause the timeline to be extended like for example weekends.
4. Duration of Agreement:
The agreement mentioned here, covers 45 days of work to completely setup and warm-up the cold email outreach system
Although there are no long-term contracts, the Company is in knowledge that the system starts generating consistent results after the full 6-weeks on month 2 after the system has been built and fully warmed up.
5. Investment:
The fees provided here within, shall be the Agency’s sole compensation from the Company for the Services. In consideration for these services, the Company will agree to make a one-time payment of $15,000 for the first 45 days of system setup and configuration.
If the company decides to continue with the Agency, the Company must make monthly recurring payments of $7,500 for the system to be managed.
6. Additional Investments (Not included in the price):
- 300 GoDaddy Domains ($3,600 per year) - (Aprox $12 /yr each)
- 1,500 Google email accounts ($3.50 / mo each for a total of $5,250/mo) - paid directly to our Google reseller
- $692/mo for the software to manage sending of Cold Emails
7. Cancellation of Service:
- If the Company decides to stop working with the agency on a monthly basis, a notiification must be sent to the Agency via email to cat@clickateam.com five (5) days in advance, for the Agency to be able to stop and cancell all recurring costs related to the cold email system.
8. Refund Policy:
Although there are no obligatory long-term commitments on this service, since a complete outbound system is being built & managed for the Company, and since there is time and resources being invested in the uildout and monthly management, all sales are final and under no circumstance, does ClickATeam offer partial or complete refunds.
By signing this agreement The Company agrees to not file, open or make any chargebacks on this service.
9. Company’s Obligations:
Although this is a done-for-you service, in order for the service to work correctly, the company agrees and commits to doing the following things.
- Take a maximum of 3-5 days to fill onboarding form, purchase domains and book your onboarding call with out customer success manager. (Failing to do so will affect your first 45 days of work, covered in this agreement)
- Provide immediate feedback through Slack or email, whenever the Company needs help or if something is not provided as expected.
- Book bi-weely calls with our Customer Success Manager to provide regular feedback on the work we are providing as an agency.
