Please read through each of these rules. Make sure you AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE what is stated below. On each line, leave your initials. Then at the very bottom you will sign and date. This is a writtin contract between The Vendors Vault/Zayna's Vendor Fairs and You stating what is expected as a vendor. Failure to follow these rules will result in a ban on any future events. There are no exceptions.

1. We may get multiple vendors selling similar items, and will choose 1 to 3 vendors per category depending on the event/location. 1 MLM per company. We want our market to be unique, and want to give our vendors the best opportunity to have a successful event and offer a variety of items to our shoppers.

2. We will allow food vendors depending on restrictions at a particular location. For locations where food vendors are allowed, you will need AND are responsible for the proper permits and/or licenses. (We will tell you what’s needed at sign up).

3. Although we advertise, you are also responsible for marketing yourself and your participation. You will be required to post on your social media at least two times a week 2 weeks prior to the event date. Please tag the.vendorsvault on Instagram so we can also repost to our followers.

4. Setup starts 1.5 before event start time. Instructions specific to the event will be posted/sent 24 hours before the event. Break down starts immediately after the event ends. There are no late setups or early breakdowns, even if you sell out. It is extremely disruptive and unprofessional. You will have 1 hour to tear down and pack up. After 1 hour we are not responsible in staying and waiting for you to finish packing.

5. You MUST keep your booth space clean, take all trash with you and leave the condition of your space as you found it. Failure to do so may result in a ban on future spots with The Vendors Vault.

6. Your vendor fee covers our time working with you on registration, advertising and location fee. There are NO REFUNDS, no trading event dates and no transfers of booth space. If you do not agree to this you can not do our events. There are NO COVID exceptions. There are no exceptions. This is a rain or shine event. In the event that the market can't happen, at the markets discretion, you will be given 2 alternate transfer dates to choose from. If neither work for you, you will forfeit your vendor fee.

7. While we understand that things happen/come up please do NOT complete this application if you are unsure or not ready to pay for this event. An accepted application does not "hold your spot," and your space is not confirmed until your vendor fee is paid. Fee needs to be paid within 48 hours of acceptance.

8. You will receive an acceptance notification and will have a 48 hour window to pay the vendor fee. If you do not pay within 48 hours your spot will be forfeited and given to the next vendor in line. All fee’s must be submitted and paid 5 days prior to event date. Late submittals will result in a late fee of $10 per event.

9. There are no refunds, and this is a rain or shine event -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Please DO NOT ask. Only if we decide to cancel the event will you be given the option to RESCHEDULE.

10. When accepted into an event, you will be approved for the items that were listed in the application you submitted. Failure to follow these rules will result in you being asked to leave the market with no refund.

11. It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain all proper permits, licenses, prior to the event. YOU PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY.

12. Each vendor is responsible to have the appropriate canopy weights on their tents. This does NOT include water bottles and or other random items to weigh it down. If you do not have weights before the event start time, you will be asked to to get some or pack up and leave with no refund. Having the proper weights insures the safety of you and everyone around.

13.. All vendors are expected to show professional courtesy and respect to other vendors and attending patrons. The Vendors Vault reserves the right to remove any vendor deemed disruptive or inappropriate from the event without a refund.
