CHRISTMAS PARTY TEAM - This team includes volunteers for greeting, registration, hospitality, snow play area, a photo station, and other Christmas delights. This requires planning and preparation for all these areas. [JOB TIMES: Prepping prior to the event and 2 volunteer time slots on the 20th, 4:30 to 7 pm, and 7:00 to 9:30 pm]

PROPS - Our stage event needs some props. We need help locating all the props before the day of the event. [JOB TIME: Ongoing Now until the day of the event]

PARKING & SECURITY - Parking and safety is essential to the event. Our guests will be arriving and departing from the designated parking for 2 time slots between 4 pm - 9 pm each night. Help direct and protect. [JOB TIME: 4:15 to 9:30 pm]

SETUP & TEAR DOWN - This team helps with outside and inside setup for the event and help with the tear down and clean up of the Sanctuary on Friday and if needed, Saturday. [JOB TIME: SETUP: Friday AM SETUP & 9:30 PM TEAR DOWN]
