Summer Staff Application

We love that you are interested in working at Crestfield!

This application is for individuals 18 and older who are interested in working a summer job at Crestfield. We have two main categories for our summer staff.

Hourly - Our hourly employees live locally and have their own transportation to camp each day. They work mostly as lifeguards, but may also work as kitchen staff, adventure course assistants, or in other areas depending on their interests and abilities.
Full Time - Our full time staff serve mostly as counselors for our Day Camps and Overnight Camps, but they are also encouraged to be certified as lifeguards, belayers, and archery instructors. Full time staff have the option of living on site for the summer and will have all of their meals during camp hours provided. They are vital members of the Crestfield family and have a lot of responsibilty as mentors to campers and as shapers of the camp program. Being full-time at Crestfield is not just a summer job, it's a commitment to a Christian community and a ministry.

If you are under 18 and interested in persuing a job at Crestfield, please apply to our LIT (Leader in Training) Program. LITs who complete the program successfully may apply for Jr. Staff positions.

Crestfield Summer Staff serve multiple leadership roles throughout the summer. Please identify any of the following areas that interest you.*
