    Crestfield Camp and Conference Center
  • We love that you are interested in joining our team at Crestfield!

This application is for individuals 18 and older who are interested in a position at Crestfield.

Most of our staff fit into a few main categories.

    • Hourly - Our hourly employees live locally and have their own transportation to camp each day.  They work as kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, grounds keepers, lifeguards, belayers, and leadership staff.  Some of our hourly employees have negotiated to live on site as part of their compensation.  Hourly staff may work year round or just in the summer.
    • On Site Summer Staff - During the summer, we need a large portion of our staff to be available on site 24 hours a day for about 5.5 days a week.  Summer staff receive a weekly stipend starting at $300 a week in addition to housing.  They also recieve free meals during work hours.  Most of our Summer Staff are young adult counselors who are on our payroll for most of the summer.
    • Week Long Summer "Volunteers" - We also recruit "volunteers" who can only commit to a week or two of the summer.  These individuals are generally professionals who have skills we need at camp.  They serve roles like Camp Medic, Worship Leader, Staff Mentor, and Camp Chaplain.  They receieve an honorarium similar to the stipend the Summer Staff recieve for their time, but they have the option of substituting camp specific perks such as discounted camp registration for their children or a week of free room and board for family members if they feel that would be more helpful compensation.

If you are under 18 and interested in joining our team at Crestfield, please apply to our LIT (Leader in Training) Program through the camp registration portal.  LITs are campers, but those who complete the program successfully may apply for Jr. Staff positions.

Please provide 3 references whom we can contact to learn more about you. All references should be non-relatives over the age of 18. Coaches, pastors, employers, neighbors, and teachers all make excellent references. It is a good idea to let your references know ahead of time that we will be calling them.
